You have 14 days to decide if you are satisfied with the product.

The Abraxas Shop guarantees that you get money back for all the returned items, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the articles are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all tags or labels still sit on / in the article and that it is wrapped in the original plastic container.

Returns at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items for return shipment. If the item arrives damaged with us, we will contact you. Upon returning damaged items the purchase price will be charged.

In all our packages is a return form and a pre-printed address label that allows you to return items. The return is at your own expense.

Right of withdrawal

With each delivery you will receive a delivery and return slip. To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send only the return form. You can also specify by completing the standard form you want to use the right of withdrawal.

With the use of the right of withdrawal you still have a payment obligation. You will have to pay within the prescribed period. After the return products are processed in our administration, the paid amount will be credited to your account (of the payment method you used).

The amount will be credited within a few days, but no later than 14 days after processing the return, on your account. If you send the entire order return, we will also pay the shipping back. Any costs for returning is for your own account.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, you can indicate this on the return form. You will not pay any extra shipping costs. If you want to exchange the item for another article you must return the products first and then place a new order on the website and also settle. The returned items will be credited to your account within 14 days.

Make sure the label is still attached to the article and whether the product is still in original condition.

Warranty

If you purchased through the goods are defective, The Abraxas Shop will fully comply with the legal warranty regulations (legal guarantee means that a product must do what what the consumer believes is good to expect). If you have a complaint following obvious material or manufacturing defects concerning goods supplied by us, including transport damage, you can bring us thereof by sending the goods back without delay with the preprinted return slip.
